From what I've read about laser tattoo removal, in NC only a doctor can do laser. Are you a doctor or is there a doctor in your shop that actually does the job? If not, are you braking the law when you do the removal? And if something went wrong, do you have insurance to cover you, even though the state says only a doctor can do laser procedures? I really want to come to you, but I'm scared that you are not a doctor. Did you go to a school to learn this?

I do have certification of training. The is no law stating that only a MD can perform this procedure, though the NCMB does prefer it. I am not breaking any laws. This procedure is extremely safe. It's much safer than tattooing, piercing or tatbegone chemicals. What I do is use light (which is only light as opposed to needles, or chemicals) to break up pigments. There's not much that could happen. Even the worst case scenarios are not bad. I've been doing this for twelve years with no incident and the technology only gets better and safer. I do have insurance. It really doesn't take a doctor to use light to break up color. Like I said, using needles to pack foreign pigments into the body is more dangerous and you don't have to be a MD to do that. Laser tattoo removal is safe.
